PREFACE

The entity known as "government" in the year A.D. 2008 is a "zombie," specifically, it is dead, but not buried yet. The objective of The Legal Party is to "bury" government, and subsequently, implement what will be designated as an "Enterprise-Network" (hereafter, "EN"). The citizens within an “EN” will determine the size of their respective “EN,” and a citizen can ONLY vote on a citizen within their respective “EN,” specifically, a citizen (synergist) can only vote on a native citizen that the fellow native citizen has grown-up with in their native environment. Each elected native “EN” leader will then elect national leaders for all respective “EN.” An "EN" will supplant what is presently known as "government ("government" is a non-functioning entity in the year A.D. 2008 and serves one purpose, specifically, to maintain the status quo of the wealthy citizens using "intellectual fraud" to rob and rape the citizens on Planet Earth, with the overlay to designate citizens who cannot afford a so-called "licensed attorney" at $300.00 per hour as "persona non grata" and a "nonperson." So-called "licensed attorneys," and/or "barristers," throughout the World, have destroyed the quality of life on Planet Earth solely for the purpose to make $300.00 per hour in artificial-monopolistic legal fees. The United States has led the path of destruction by permitting so-called "licensed attorneys" to make $300.00 per hour in artificial-monopolistic fees in direct violation of the Clayton Act and Sherman Act, and the various States’ Anti-Trust laws. Since the so-called "licensed attorneys" have usurped" government from "we the people," and created laws "by and for" "licensed attorneys" (and the co-conspirators, and agents, and servants of "licensed attorneys"), each and all law is to be abnegated, and until a more honest and ethical system can be devised, each and all "behavior" (physical and moral) on Planet Earth is to be orchestrated by Religions. A citizen on Planet Earth will choose the Religion of their choice for their "behavior" (physical and moral) and will answer to that specific Religious cleric for any wrongdoing. Religion and the citizen's "EN" will determine a citizen's fate, and not so-called "licensed attorney law at $300.00 per hour in artificial-monopolistic legal fees. OVERTURE

A citizen will choose a Religion of their choice for their "behavior" on Planet Earth, but the citizen will not be required to be a member of any Religion. The specific Religious Doctrine will usurp each and all so-called "licensed attorney" laws on Planet Earth, including but not limited to, the "licensed attorney" laws in the forty-eight contiguous States, and the two non-contiguous States, in the United States. FORWARD

In the United States, the first order of business is to implement an amendment passed that says “no government employee should make more than the lowest paid employee in private enterprise.” The second order of business is to have primary and secondary legal research, and open court litigation skills, taught at each and all high schools, with the overlay that each and all citizens will be taught primary and secondary legal research and open court litigation skills at no charge and expense. As the aforesaid instructions is proceeding, each and all citizens will be orchestrated by the Doctrine of a specific Religion of their choice, with the overlay that after the citizens see how fraudulent “licensed attorney law” really, really is, that the citizen may elect to have the Religious Clerics continue to proceed to handle each and all behavior (physical and moral). PROLOGUE

The third order of business is to establish “Enterprise-Networks” throughout the United States, and on Planet Earth, in lieu of governments, so the citizens (synergist) can have their neighborhoods returned to them, and so they can select neighbors that bring tranquility to their family. Further, the citizens (synergist) will select their place of employment and their fellow workers, and they will select who they would like to socialize with, so the tranquility can continue within the family. The “EN” will determine the quality of life a citizen (synergist) would like to attain.
